Thursday, July 24, 2003 Nothing, new, nothing new. Still trying to sort out my apartment after all this time. I have the majority of it done, but I still have Kupo's room to do...and other things to unpack. *brrrrr...twitch!* Other than that, I'm seriosly grooving on the neighborhood. there's a loft not too far away from here that used to be a church, but now it's all hollowed out with a GARDEN in the middle of it (the living area is what used to be the Belfry). Every time I walk past that place I grin, because it reminds me of "Flowers Blooming in the Church" from FFVII. I can't wait until the next ArtWalk around here just so I can go insde and see what it's like. Bumped into an old friend at the Chinatown Summerfest this year, and it turns out she lives in the neighborhood too, so I went up to the neighborhood wateringhole to meet up and blahblahblah. V. Nice time....it's really nice to get out again. For the longest I've felt like I've been lugging around a ton of dead skin like a snake, and now it's finally molting time. All the people I met last night were quite nice, and for some odd reason it seems like everyone had digital cameras. Nicedigital cameras at that. It's nice to actually KNOW people in the neighborhood now. New layout coming soon...as soon as i get off my ass and start sketching...
